For the purposes of Australian privacy law, Bob Snail Polska Sp. z o.o. (Domaniewska street, 37, office 2.43, 02-672, Warsaw, Poland) (hereinafter the “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) acts as an APP entity in relation to personal information of Australian residents.  Although we do not have a registered entity in Australia, we are committed to complying with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) when handling personal information of Australian residents.

This Privacy Policy applies to websites operated by the Company where this Policy is posted. This Policy also applies when you respond to our emails, place orders via mail, fax or phone, or otherwise contact us. We refer to each of these websites, services, and offerings as a “Site,” and collectively as the “Sites.” This Policy applies solely to information collected through the Sites. This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, applications, and services, even if they are linked to or accessible from our Sites.

By using the Sites, you agree with the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with any term in this Policy, please do not use the Sites or provide any information to us.
